Me on a map activity

Follow the following instructions to make your project:

1. Cut 7 circles of cardboard or colored paper of different sizes.
2. Draw yourself on the first circle, write ME on the bottom.
3. Draw your house on the second circle, write HOME on the bottom.
4. Draw your city on the third circle, write the name of your city on the bottom.
5. Draw your state on the fourth circle, write the name of your state on the bottom.
6. Draw your country on the fifth circle, write the name of your country on the bottom.
7. Draw your continent on the sixth circle, write the name of your continent on the bottom.
8. Draw the world on the seventh circle, write WORLD on the bottom.

Your Flip Book will consist of 6 pages. First, you need to create the pages by writing each of the following titles on each. Start by writing Cover on the first space, then click add page and so son until you wrote Book Recommendation. Then click on Black Ink Printer. 

After that, you will begin creating your book. 

Here's the description for each page:


1. Cover- Select the third template (Title and drawing). 
Click on Title and write the title of your book, the author and your name. 
Click on the colors and make a drawing of the cover of your book. 
Click on label 2.

2. Characters- Select the seventh template. 
Write Characters on the title space. 
Write the name of the main characters in each bullet. 
Make a drawing on the right side of the template. 
Click on label 3.

3. Settings- Select the fifth template. 
Write Settings on the title space. 
Write the most important settings. 
Make a drawing on the bottom. 
Click on label 4.

4. Plot- Select the second template. 
Write Plot on the title space. 
Then write what was the plot of the story. 
Make sure your writing is in complete sentences. 
Click on label 5.

5. Conclusion- Select the third template. 
Write Conclusion on the title space. 
Write a brief summary about the ending of your book. 
Make sure your writing is in complete sentences. 
Click on label 6.

6. Book Recommendation- Select the fifth template. 
Write a recommendation about this book. 
It could be a good or bad recommendation, just remember that you will need to give three reasons to justify your judgement. 
Click on Print.

Compare and Contrast

Choose one character from your book. Write at least 3 similarities and three differences between you and the chosen character.
Write in complete sentences and check for spelling and punctuation.
